Portable Data Collector

 The MicroPak is a portable
SPC computer with Portable LSIZE III software in EPROM. Use it for collecting
measurements and viewing statistical results when you have a wide range of products and
you need the portability. Print statistical reports directly to a printer or
download the measurements into the LSIZE

Software for Lumber Size Control (short and long-term analysis of
measurements)  The
LSIZE SPC software provides short and long-term analysis of your measurement information in both
statistical and graphical representation. It is designed for lumber, panel and
plywood size control, and can store years worth of size control information. You can
transfer measurements directly from the MicroPak data collector. Report generation is fast and easy, and includes histograms, time series
charts, and shape charts! Measurements can also be exported to Microsoft
Excel! LSIZE is a 32-bit
application designed for Microsoft Windows XP.

LSIZE R/T
Real-Time Size Control
(real-time measurement collection)
Real-time size control is accomplished by scanning the lumber, panel, etc.
inline using stand-alone scanners or other scanning
options, and feeding the dimensional data "real-time" into LSIZE
R/T for immediate analysis. With real-time size control, you can
collect, monitor, alarm, report and analyze your size measurements in a
continuous manner. The increased amount of
measurement data that you receive allows you to make quicker
and better decisions for
continued process improvement. LSIZE R/T is built upon the proven technology
of the Windows LSIZE software for long-term size control analysis.
We can work with you to configure an LSIZE R/T real-time solution that
will fit your mill's flow and constraints and the objectives of your size
control program. In
addition to the measurement input methods listed above, the LSIZE R/T
System will also accept inputs
from the MicroPak portable data collector. |
