MicroPak

The MicroPak is a portable SPC computer with Portable LSIZE III software in EPROM.  It is used to collect measurements and view statistical results on the mill floor.  The MicroPak can be attached directly to the back of a Mitutoyo caliper, weighs less than 8 ounces, features an LCD display, has 99 bins (separate storage areas) for measurement storage and downloads directly into the LSIZE softwareIt includes a leather caliper case for carrying.  A leather pouch to carry the MicroPak is also available.

The MicroPak also prints histograms, X-Bar & R charts, statistical summaries and measurements.  The date and time are saved for the first measurement in each subgroup (board, panel, etc.).  This date/time information for each subgroup is transferred, along with the measurements, into the LSIZE software.  The MicroPak features menu controlled SPC software with only 6 function keys required for full operation.  The bin specifications are set up in the LSIZE software and transferred to the MicroPak via its serial port.  The Portable LSIZE III Operations Manual is available for download from the manuals page on this web site.
