LSIZE eNews

Annual LSIZE Product Support ensures that your mill site receives upgrades to all LSIZE software for the PC and the software and firmware within the LSIZE Wireless handheld.  Also included are telephone training and support for current and new LSIZE users.  The current version of LSIZE software for the PC is required when you purchase LSIZE Wireless.

We always encourage your communication with us, even if you are not on current support, concerning hardware problems, software bugs, functionality you would like added to LSIZE Products, or quick questions on LSIZE operation.

Annual Product Support Renewal (which includes current upgrade)
Product Support renewal notices are emailed and mailed towards the end of the support year to the main LSIZE contact for the LSIZE site license at that mill site.  If you let your Product Support lapse, you will then be on Interrupted Support and the renewal rate is higher.  We encourage our LSIZE customers to keep their Product Support current, which also ensures they have all current LSIZE software and firmware.  Product Support for new customers is prorated through the end of the year.

Note:  To verify the expiration date (and other license information) on your LSIZE software site license, open up LSIZE and select the "Help/About LSIZE" menu item.  You will see the version, serial number, license information, and expiration date for Product Support.

Important Reminder about your LSIZE Software!  The LSIZE software is a site license to be installed only at the mill site shown on the license.  It is illegal to use this software license at any other mill site.  If your license name is not the same as the mill site it is being used at, please contact us.

Mitutoyo Caliper Repair & Parts
MicroRidge maintains an inventory of Mitutoyo caliper parts.  We have found that the turnaround time when calipers are sent directly to Mitutoyo can be VERY lengthy.  You can send your caliper to us for repair or you can purchase the parts from us and repair them yourself.  The only tool required to repair a caliper is a very small (#0 Phillips) screwdriver.  We have several mills that maintain their own inventory of caliper parts so that they can perform their own repairs.
